Damaged Goods:
We guarantee that your product/s will arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, please follow the steps below:
- Take clear and detailed photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
- Contact our customer support team at info@thecanvashive.com within 30 days of receiving the shipment, providing the order details and attaching the photographs.
- We will assess the damage based on the provided pictures and determine the appropriate solution in our sole discretion.
If the damage is confirmed by us, we will offer the following options:
- Replacement: We will reproduce and ship equivalent new product/s to you at no additional cost.
- Refund: If a replacement is not feasible or desired, we will issue a full refund for the damaged item(s).
Change of Mind:
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for convenience, change of mind or personal preferences. Each of our products is custom-made to order, and therefore, we are unable to resell returned products.
It is your responsibility to review your order carefully before completing the purchase, including the size, colour, design, and any customization options.
There may be slight variations between the actual artwork and the photograph displayed on the Website, primarily attributed to differences in lighting during the photo shoot or variances in users' screen brightness. We will not issue a refund in this instance.
