The Canvas Hive (hereinafter referred to as “the Website” “us” and/or “we”) provides you, the user, with the option to peruse and purchase various products as listed on the Website. This option is granted by the Website allowing access to you to peruse and purchase its products.When accessing the Website, please read the Terms carefully and reach out to us at info@thecanvashive.com if you have any questions, or if anything is unclear to you. Either by accessing, using, browsing, purchasing products and/or reading the Website, it signifies that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms stipulated herein. If you do not agree with the Terms, you must cease the usage of the Website. Not reading the Terms will not constitute a defence, if the Terms are not adhered to.
The Website reserves the right to update its Terms as regularly as it wishes, and it is your responsibility as user to ensure that you have read and adhered to the most recent (updated) Terms. The Website holds no responsibility for updating its users of any updates effected hereto, the responsibility is on the user to ensure that the latest Terms have been adhered to.
Any changes to the Terms will be effective from the date of publication.
SECTION 1 - Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
By accessing, using, browsing, purchasing products and/or reading the Website, you consent to having read and accepted the Terms.
SECTION 2 - Registering to be a user of the Website
In order to purchase the products listed on the Website, you must register as a user. By registering to be a user, you warrant that you have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
When registering as a user you will need to provide us with personal information, including but not limited to; name and surname, email address, username, telephone number and physical address for delivery.
The Website ensures to take all the necessary steps to uphold your right to privacy, and to ensure that this right is not infringed upon.
When purchasing any products from the Website you consent that the use of same is in line with the Terms, any applicable law (in your jurisdiction, as well as the applicable law of Australia) and that you will not use the Website in any unlawful or illegal manner.
SECTION 3 - Purchasing of Products and Purchase Price
In purchasing a product from the Website, you agree to the purchase price as stipulated on the Website, at the time of purchasing same.
Payment may be made through any of the following: Visa / Master card / Google pay / Apple Pay / Shop Pay / Union Pay.
Once the payment is reflected on the Website’s platform, will you be sent a receipt of payment and acknowledgement of purchase via email.
The Website reserves the right to amend the purchase price of the products at its sole discretion, at any given time.
You agree that The Canvas Hive does not guarantee that the final colours of your purchased product will be exactly the same as were shown on your screen. The Canvas Hive guarantees that it will do all that is necessary to ensure the colours on the print will be as close as possible to the colours shown on the screen but does not guarantee a 100% match. You confirm that all screen settings are different, and the colours displayed on your screen may be different to that of the final printed product.
Before purchasing a product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and complied with the Terms herein.
SECTION 4 - Delivery
You agree that we will take at least one to three weeks as production time, starting from the time the order has been made. Furthermore, you as user, also agree that the shipping time may depend on your response time to our inquiries regarding your order
SECTION 5 - Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
Once your order is placed, we will begin processing it within 1-2 business days.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We cannot give exact times in this regard as this is beyond our control.

We offer standard shipping for all international orders.
We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
Shipping Times:
Delivery times may vary based on your location and customs procedures. We have no control over this.Estimated shipping times for the listed regions are as follows:

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through our website or the carrier's online tracking system.
Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that you provide an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout.
We are not in any way responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delivery Issues:
If your package is significantly delayed or lost during transit, please contact our customer support team.
We will use all reasonable endeavours to work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping Restrictions:
Some items, such as certain artwork or regulated materials, may have restrictions on international shipping.
We will notify you if any such restrictions apply to your order and will use all reasonable endeavours to work towards finding a suitable solution.

Please note that this shipping policy is subject to change, and we recommend that you review it periodically to ensure that you are up to date. SECTION 6 - Refund Policy
Damaged Goods:
We guarantee that your product/s will arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, please follow the steps below:
- Take clear and detailed photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
- Contact our customer support team at info@thecanvashive.com within 30 days of receiving the shipment, providing the order details and attaching the photographs.
- We will assess the damage based on the provided pictures and determine the appropriate solution in our sole discretion.
If the damage is confirmed by us, we will offer the following options:
- Replacement: We will reproduce and ship equivalent new product/s to you at no additional cost.
- Refund: If a replacement is not feasible or desired, we will issue a full refund for the damaged item(s).
Change of Mind:
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for convenience, change of mind or personal preferences. Each of our products is custom-made to order, and therefore, we are unable to resell returned products.
It is your responsibility to review your order carefully before completing the purchase, including the size, colour, design, and any customization options.
There may be slight variations between the actual artwork and the photograph displayed on the Website, primarily attributed to differences in lighting during the photo shoot or variances in users' screen brightness. We will not issue a refund in this instance.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used during the purchase.
Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be reflected in your account, typically within 5-10 business days.

SECTION 7 - Intellectual Property
Any and all information, products and services provided to you by the Website, remains the intellectual property of the Website.
The Website and all its listed products are protected under the Copyright Laws of Australia and all products listed on the Website are protected by all relevant intellectual property laws. The products listed on the Website are the works of the Website and the intellectual property in all such products belongs to us.
We retain all rights, title and interest in and to the Website and all related products and content. Nothing you do on or in relation to the Website as a user will operate so as to transfer to you any of the intellectual property rights that belong to us.
You are expressly not allowed to broadcast, republish, up-load to a third party, transmit, post, distribute, show or display in public, adapt or change in any way the content as your own.

You agree that the Website its affiliates, employees, agents and contributors shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages which may be incurred by you, however caused. This includes but is not limited to, any loss of profit (whether incurred directly or indirectly), any loss of goodwill or business reputation and any other intangible loss.
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our services will be error-free.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the Website is at your sole risk and we accept no responsibility in this regard.

You hereby indemnify the Website from any claim or demand of whatsoever nature and howsoever caused, including but not limited to claims made by any third-party, due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any laws or the rights of any third-party.
You also indemnify the Website, its affiliates and employees from and against all actions, claims, demands, liabilities, costs, expenses, loss and damage (including legal fees) incurred, suffered or arising from you breaching the Terms or any other direct or indirect access made by you through the Website or through the use of our services.

If any provision of these Terms are found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms. The Terms will continue to apply even in the event of the agreement being terminated by either party.
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination will survive the termination of the agreement.

The Terms contained herein and any separate agreement whereby the Website provides you with services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
